What kind of Fragrances do you sell?

All of our Fragrances are accurate recreations of high end Fragrances who inspire us to produce the scents we do. 

What type of Fragrance do you sell?

All of our Fragrances are Eau De Parfum. (EDP)

How long do your products last?

Depending on how much Fragrance you use per day and how frequently you top of your scent, they can last well over one and a half months.

Where is Familiar Fragrance based?

We are based in London.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our goal is to have all products delivered within 3-5 business days as we are dedicated to stay ahead of the game and provide you a fast and reliable service.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping domestically within the UK however we have plans to expand our distribution all over Europe, then the world!

Can I make changes to my order?

We aim to work quickly so we can our items to you as quickly as possible. However, if you would like to make any changes please notify us ASAP, preferably within 24 hours.

- The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can make the changes.

Please note that if your order has already been processed by our sales team we may be unable to make any changes.

What if I have provided the wrong shipping address?

- If you happen to provide incorrect address on your order please email/contact us with the new address that you wish the order to be sent to.

- Sadly if your parcel has already been shipped out, we are not able to change the shipping details.

Does this mean my parcel is lost forever?

- If a parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-send the item out to you.

- Please try and enter your correct information initially for the process to be as smooth as possible!

How can I pay?

Is it possible to return or exchange an item?

- Please see our 'Returns Policy'.

Can I cancel my order?

- Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, the sooner you email the more likely we can cancel your order as our Sales Team aims to work quickly when processing orders to keep our customers happy.

- We can not guarantee that we are able to cancel your order as most are fulfilled within 24 hours of them being placed.

- In the event that your order has been dispatched, there is no way for us to cancel your order, however, you can return the product(s) via our 'Returns Policy'. 

Do your prices include VAT?

- Yes! Any items purchased from our website are inclusive of VAT as we don't like to hide any costs from you at all!

Are all of your products vegan and animal cruelty free?

Yes they are, we insure that no animals are harmed within the production of our products.

If my item gets delivered and is damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange?

We take extra care when packing all products to ensure that your perfumes come as they should do! If your item gets delivered damaged from your courier, you are liable for an exchange or refund from us.

If this problem does occur, please contact us at familiar.fragranceltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivery date with images of the damage.
